 It's no secret that I'm a huge smoothie junkie. I can't get enough of 'em. I love making up my own smoothies by just throwing all kinds of different fruitin a blender with some non-fat yogurt and some ice. I need some new and healthy ideas, so reply to this thread with one or two or ten of your favorite smoothie recipes. Get creative with it! Okay, GO!!! |
